We’re excited to let you know that all of our full-time staff members are now trained in pet CPR and first aid! You can consider you pooch safe with us :)

In other news, we’ve installed a really cool rubber floor made of recycled tires! It’s treated with a non toxic sealant, perfect for poochie paws. The floors have definitely made for a safer environment, providing our dogs with better footing and it seems they’re all running with a bit more pep in their steps! We humans love it too ’cause it helps reduce noise reflection from barking n’ stuff :)

Wondering where Fido will rest his furry head while you’re out of town? Worry no more! While Crate Escape has always offered overnight services on a small scale basis, pretty soon we’ll have a complete overnight facility available for ALL the pups in the neighborhood.

Just wanted to letcha know what’s been goin’ on at the Crate this summer! Ernie and Emmitt had a great 4th of July vacationing in Maine and will be there for the rest of the month, getting some much needed R & R after a very busy spring, taking long walks on the beach…But they can’t wait to get back home to help with plans for our new location. New location? Yep! We’re hoping to have a new spot up and ready in Somerville sometime this fall. We’ll keep ya posted!

And if you haven’t been by Crate recently, you may not know about our new pen for small dogs. Now dogs of ALL sizes can hang at the Crate! Toy breeds, small canines, and, of course, the big guys. Stop by for a peek!
