Overnight boarding will be held at our 9500 square foot daycare facility Crate~Escape, which is located in Belmont. We do overnight boarding only for dogs that come to either one of our daycares on a regular basis. The dogs stay in our fully furnished boarding room where they have constant supervision and access to a large playpen and outside area. The dogs are allowed to sleep un-crated on any of the several beds we provide. Daycare during the day at either Raining Cats and Dogs or Crate~Escape is also covered in the overnight cost.

 

If you do choose to have your dog stay with us we would like you to follow these guidelines:

- We HIGHLY encourage that your dog is dropped off at daycare by 2pm at the latest on the first day of their overnight. This allows them to run off all their energy and makes for a smooth transition to our overnight area.

- Please bring in an adequate amount of food for the length of their stay. Also a note that lists the correct amount of food to feed them and how many times a day. Drastically changing the type of food they eat right before their overnight is also not recommended.

- Do bring in any type of bedding your dog uses on a regular basis if you wish. It would also be helpful if you labeled it. If you do crate your dog at night (for reasons like potty/crate training, etc) please let us know.

- If your dog is on any type of medicine please provide it along with dosage instructions.

- Please do not bring any toys or long lasting (rawhides, bully sticks, etc) treats. The dogs are kept together at all times except for feeding so we do not allow toys or long lasting chew treats in order to avoid aggression over possessing them. If you want to bring any small treats that can be consumed quickly or mixed in with food that is fine.

- If there is ANYTHING you think that we should know about your dog PLEASE let us know: bathroom schedule, possible aggression over food, tendency to chew, etc. This helps out a lot.
