Schedule a Pickup
The van shuttle is a service we provide for customers using our
faciltiy 2 or more days per week. Be as detailed as possible and always give us a 2
week period or greater. Include the type of service:
2 hours, 4 hours (half day), or 6+ hours (fullday) and what type of pickup as
specified below.
The shuttle goes to certain zones/areas at scheduled times. We'll
take on new customers only if you can accomodate our shuttles current
routes and times.
Important notes:
Customer should leave any leashes, lunches, snacks, and notes to the staff concerning your
pooch in the same area as always. We like to make our dog
deliveries as routine and regimented as possible. We ask that you not
feed your dog anything but dry kibble up to 10 hours before a
scheduled van ride. This will help in eliminating accidents in the
vans.
Diarrhea is a sure sign that something is not right with your dog
and if they display this sign, please refrain from using our
services in order to not spread any sickness to the other dogs in our care.
We will try to accomodate you by providing walks for your pooch if
they're on a quarantine/inactive list . Fred and Eli are
crate-escapes shuttle drivers trained to shuttle dogs in a timely
manner. Do not discuss schedule changes with the drivers.
